Diversity Monitoring Statement
As a firm accredited by ICAEW to carry out probate work, Hamlyns Limited is required to collect, report, and publish diversity data at least every two years.
Our most recent staff diversity survey was conducted in 2025, and participation was voluntary and anonymous. The data below reflects our commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
Key Findings:
- Our team represents a broad age range, with the majority of staff between 35 and 54.
- Gender representation is balanced across the firm, with a slight majority identifying as female.
- The firm is predominantly White British, with representation from Asian and Mixed ethnic backgrounds.
- A minority of staff disclosed a disability; most indicated no long-term limitations.
- The majority of our staff were educated at UK state schools and include first-generation university graduates.
- Staff represent a mix of religious beliefs and sexual orientations, with some choosing not to disclose.
