David Cooper
David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has also trained as a Lexcel Consultant. He has worked in industry and built up his own firm which was merged with Hamlyns in 2003 when he became a partner
David has a wide client base of small, medium and large-sized enterprises and subsidiaries of multinational corporations to whom he provides audit, accountancy and tax planning services, and is closely involved in their business development and other financial and commercial issues. He uses the commercial experience gained from working in industry and from building up his own practice widely in advising his clients.
David also has a wealth of experience in assisting clients with tax planning matters, particularly private clients and professional partnerships.
David is a former Treasurer of Woking Chamber of Trade and Commerce.
